1. Service Scope
UPGPTs provides third-party top-up services for AI platform subscriptions (ChatGPT Plus/Pro, Claude Pro, Super Grok). We use overseas corporate credit cards to complete official subscription payments on your behalf. All subscriptions are official — you receive the same service as subscribing directly.
2. Payment and Delivery
- We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay at real-time exchange rates
- Standard plans are auto-delivered within 1 minute of payment confirmation
- Custom services are delivered within 5 minutes
- All prices are listed on the respective service pages
3. Refund Policy
- Failed top-ups: Automatic full refund. Alipay/WeChat process within 1-3 business days
- Account bans: If you follow our anti-ban guidelines and still experience a ban (not due to your violation of platform policies), we provide pro-rata compensation based on remaining subscription days. Contact support with a ban screenshot
- Change of mind: Once a card key is delivered, it cannot be revoked or refunded
4. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining a suitable network environment to access overseas AI services
- Users must comply with the AI platform's own terms of service
- Any ban resulting from illegal activities, abusive behavior, or platform policy violations is the user's responsibility
5. Disclaimer
- UPGPTs is an independent third-party service, NOT affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AI platforms, which may be affected by the platform's own policies
- Prices may fluctuate based on exchange rates and platform policy changes
