What We Collect
We only collect the minimum information needed to complete your order: contact details you provide (WeChat/QQ ID or email), order history, and payment transaction records. We do NOT collect or store your AI platform account credentials.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for: processing and delivering your orders, providing customer support, sending order status updates, and handling refunds or compensation claims.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through official WeChat Pay and Alipay channels. We do not store your payment card or banking details. Payment data is processed in real time and is not retained overnight.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
Analytics
We run a self-hosted Umami instance on our own server to see which tutorials people actually read, so we know what to write next:
- No cookies, and no data ever reaches an advertising or third-party network
- We record only: page URL, referring site, country/region, browser and OS type, device class (desktop/mobile), and screen size
- Visits are distinguished server-side by a salted hash of IP + user-agent — the raw IP is never stored, and we cannot trace it back to you
- Your browser only keeps a short-lived token used to de-duplicate the current visit; it expires and cannot identify you across sites
- All of it stays on our own server — never sold, never shared, never used for ads or profiling
With your browser's Do Not Track (DNT) setting on, we do not count your visit at all.
